1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "bet25" or "Platform" refers to the online gambling platform operated under the domain bet25.lol, including all associated websites, mobile applications, and services.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bet25 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player upon registration with bet25.
• "Wallet" refers to the PKR-denominated virtual account balance held on behalf of a Player within bet25.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any credits, free spins, or other promotional value issued to a Player by bet25 subject to separate promotional terms.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to PKR deposits made by a Player that are not subject to wagering requirements.
• "Services" refers collectively to all casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, and any other betting or gaming products offered through bet25.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any jurisdiction from which accessing or using the bet25 Services is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bet25 Platform, registering an Account, or using any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the bet25 Platform or any of its Services. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use bet25. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. bet25 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities where required.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account with bet25. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether through the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bet25 employs automated detection tools to identify duplicate registrations. Any duplicate Accounts will be closed without notice and associated funds may be voided.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bet25 is required to verify the identity of Players before processing withdrawals or upon request. You may be asked to submit copies of a valid government-issued identity document (such as your CNIC), a recent utility bill or bank statement, and documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4. Account Management

4.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. bet25 will never contact you by any channel requesting your password.

4.2 Account Security

You must notify bet25 immediately via email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. bet25 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account prior to notification being received and acted upon.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bet25 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Wallet will be returned to your verified payment method subject to identity verification. Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been satisfied.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to your bet25 Wallet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and USDT BEP20. Deposits are credited to your Wallet within 60 seconds of payment confirmation under normal network conditions. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Verified Players may withdraw Real Money Funds to their registered payment method at any time. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. bet25 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals above 500,000 PKR or where unusual account activity is detected. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bet25 Account.

5.3 Transaction Fees

bet25 does not charge internal fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which bet25 has no control. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network gas fees which are deducted from the withdrawal amount.

5.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account with a positive Real Money balance that has not been logged into for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. bet25 will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying an inactivity fee of 500 PKR per calendar month. You may reactivate your Account at any time by logging in and completing identity verification.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers issued by bet25 are subject to these Terms and Conditions as well as any specific promotional terms communicated at the time of the offer. Promotional terms displayed at the time of claiming a bonus are binding.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements are calculated on Bonus Funds only unless stated otherwise. Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

bet25 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines that a Player has engaged in any form of bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: claiming multiple first-deposit bonuses using different Accounts, coordinated gameplay designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, or using third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.

6.4 Promotion Expiry

All bonuses and promotional offers have an expiry date. Bonus Funds not used and wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the Wallet. Real Money Funds are not affected by bonus expiry.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the bet25 Platform — including jackpot slots, live dealer games, Andar Bahar, Fortune Mouse, Cockfighting, and sports betting markets — are subject to individual game rules displayed within each game interface. You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules, odds, and return-to-player (RTP) information before placing any bet.

In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be refunded to your Wallet. bet25 does not honour wins generated through a malfunction.

Jackpot prizes are awarded in PKR as displayed at the time of winning. Progressive jackpot amounts are approximate and may vary slightly at the moment of award due to real-time pool aggregation. The confirmed jackpot PKR amount credited to your Wallet is the binding figure.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bet25 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information.
• Operating more than one Account simultaneously or at different times.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to automate gameplay, gain unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players, Platform employees, or third parties to defraud bet25.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other location-masking technology.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or vulnerabilities — any such bugs must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bet25 staff, customer support agents, or other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bet25 Platform — including but not limited to the bet25 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bet25 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any bet25 content without prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data

bet25 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and communication of promotions where you have opted in. bet25 will never sell your personal data to third parties for independent marketing purposes.

11. Responsible Gaming

bet25 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We are committed to providing tools and resources that help Pakistani players maintain control over their gambling activity. All responsible gaming tools are available free of charge from within your Account dashboard at any time.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum acceptable losses over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts and automatic logouts after a set play duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your total time played and net gaming result.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely suspend your Account. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet25 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of PKR funds due to network failures, payment processing errors beyond our control, or technical interruptions to game sessions.

bet25's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the relevant claim, excluding Bonus Funds.

bet25 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring your device is protected by up-to-date security software.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bet25 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bet25 will notify registered Players via email to the address on file or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the notification period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 4.3.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which bet25 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact bet25 at [email protected] and allow up to 14 business days for an internal review and resolution of your complaint. bet25 is committed to resolving all Player disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner.
